This page explains how to delete your account for RushPH (Metro Manila train and bus arrival times), developed by Rush PH, and what happens to your data.

Option 1: Delete in the app

Open the RushPH app and sign in.
Go to the Settings tab.
Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you no longer have the app, email bumanlag315@gmail.com from the email address on your account with the subject "RushPH account deletion request". We will delete the account within 7 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

Your account and sign-in details (email address, password, Google or Apple sign-in link)
Your profile (name and profile picture, if any)
Your app settings and any reporting restrictions tied to your account

What is kept

Train and bus reports you submitted (station, direction, status, crowd level and time) are kept without any link to you, so they can no longer be traced back to your account. They are used for arrival-time estimates and crowd statistics.
Anonymous usage analytics that were never linked to your identity.
